Shipping Options

Audio files not required on fixed media (ie. CD, cassette tape, digital cartridge, etc.) shall be transmitted by email, FTP, or other electronic means that may be available.

Production and Usage - General

Orders for production of approved scripts will ship (includes email or FTP transfer) within four business days, unless noted otherwise. Orders placed after 3pm GMT (UK) are considered having been placed on the following business day.  Posted talent indicates immediate availability, unless noted otherwise. In the event, however, that circumstances occur that are beyond the Store's control, customer will be contacted to confirm acceptance of order based on revised fulfilment and delivery. Approved scripts with custom or unique production requirements may require additional turn around time as necessary. Submitted scripts that require client contact may be subject to delays based on client response time.  All of the above notwithstanding, every effort is made to meet Client's deadlines.

Completed production of approved script with specifically selected voice-over talent is considered a finished production, not an audition demo. In order to assist in satisfying client production requirements, client must provide pronunciation for any unique or obscure text, or for proper nouns and names. Client should also provide, when necessary, any and all direction regarding the type of read desired. Client requested changes of approved script after production shall be subject to additional fees. Voice Productions containing production errors, not attributable to client, will be corrected at Store expense.

The above not withstanding, it is the Store's intent to satisfy all of client Voice Production and Message-On-Hold needs, and therefore any and all special requirements should be noted at the time of order placement and we will make every effort to satisfy client audio production requirements.

Unless otherwise stated, all Voice Productions and Message-On-Hold programs are sold for non-broadcast usage only. They may not be duplicated or offered for resale without the expressed written permission of the Store.

Production and Usage - Self-Service Message-On-Hold

Script preparation is provided for Self-Service Message-on-Hold which may include necessary adjustments to grammar, syntax, formatting, etc. Scripts requiring extensive adjustments or rewrites are subject to Script Consultation charges which will be approved by Client prior to work being done. 

Production and Usage - Custom Message-On-Hold

Custom Message-On-Hold services include all necessary Script Consultation and Copywriting services.

Foreign Language Submissions

Foreign language (non-English) copy submitted for recording should be provided in studio ready format (ie. Acceptable spoken language script). Prior to production, client approval for translation and/or consultation fees will be required for a script needing translation, grammar, syntax or formatting adjustments." Clients are cautioned against using translation software and online automatic translators, which rarely provide acceptable copy for voice over production.

Return Policies and Satisfaction Guarantees

All audio productions including but not limited to Voice Productions and Message-On-Hold programs may not be returned for refund. Audio production orders may not be cancelled after they have been forwarded to production. If a production is produced inaccurately due to an error by the Store, it will be re-produced and shipped at the Store's expense.

Secure Shopping Guarantee

We use the industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to keep your order information secure.

We have established a Secure Shopping Guarantee for every transaction that you make at the Store. Should any unauthorised charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping at the Store, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.  Purchases made from the Store shall show as "yooneeq" on your credit card bills.

The software and all pages within our Site are the property of voicepromptproductions.com  and their respective logos are trademarks and/or service marks owned by Yooneeq.  All other trademarks, service marks and logos used on our Site are the trademarks, service marks or logos of their respective owners.

Permission is granted to preview content on our Site for audition purposes only, to facilitate the development of your purchased audio productions.  Unauthorised recording of any audio content is a violation of applicable laws.   Use of the audio content available at this site is licensed to the user only.  Unauthorised duplication is a violation of applicable laws.
